Dr. Jessica Saint-Paul is a Licensed Family Medicine Physician Assistant and Public Health Practitioner. She served at a Federally Qualified Health Center as the primary clinician for ten area feeder schools providing primary care, health education and family planning services at their School-Based Health Clinic. In addition, in her dual role as Clinic Manager and Supervising Physician Assistant, Dr. Saint-Paul was responsible for the development, implementation and management of two new School-Based and School-Linked Wellness Centers for the Los Angeles Unified School District.
This first generation Haitian-American is a strong advocate for adolescents and foster care youth. She is the recipient of the national 2019 Pediatric Physician Assistant of the Year award from the Society for Physician Assistants in Pediatrics. She is the founder of Changing the Health of Adolescents Impacting the Nation Reaction, Inc. and serves as the Medical Specialist Consultant for the largest Title X Administrator in the country. In addition, she is Adjunct Faculty with the Los Angeles Community College District in the disciplines of Public Health, Health Sciences and Health Occupations. Dr. Saint-Paul has dedicated her career to providing comprehensive quality health care for communities that are chronically underserved. She holds a Doctor of Medical Science degree. She earned a Master of Public Health degree from the University of California Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science degree and Certificate of Primary Care in Physician Assistant from Howard University.
