As a licensed Physician Assistant and National Master Certified Health Education Specialist, she brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and public health service to every role. Her career spans direct patient care, nonprofit leadership, educational innovation, and systems-level consultation—all united by a commitment to health equity.
At Watts Healthcare Corporation, she revolutionized school-based healthcare as a Clinician and by managing Wellness Centers at Jordan High School and Locke Early Education Center, creating holistic models that addressed both immediate medical needs and social determinants of health.
Her passion for vulnerable communities extends beyond clinical walls. As Chief Health Officer for Changing the Health of Adolescents Impacting the Nation Reaction, Inc., she lead initiatives dismantling healthcare barriers facing foster youth and adolescents. This work complements her role as a Medical Specialist Consultant for Essential Access Health, where she strengthens reproductive healthcare delivery across California and Hawaii’s Title X network.
Education remains central to Dr. Saint-Paul’s mission. As Adjunct Faculty with Los Angeles Community College District, she prepares the next generation of healthcare heroes in the disciplines of health, pubic health while serving as the K-12 Faculty and CTE Employer Liaison for Health and Related Sciences pathway. She is passionate about offering students early access to college through dual enrollment.These roles allow her to create seamless pathways between academic preparation and professional practice.
Her global perspective was shaped through medical missions in Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Haiti, where she witnessed the interconnected nature of global health challenges while providing invaluable service of adapting care models to resource-limited settings.
She was recognized as the 2019 Pediatric PA of the Year and 2021 Distinguished Adjunct Faculty of the Year—testaments to her extraordinary dedication, ability to see beyond conventional boundaries, and her relentless pursuit to excellence in both clinical practice and education.
A Fellow in the American Academy of Physician Associates and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and countless service and professional organizations, Dr. Saint-Paul remains dedicated to advancing the PA profession while embodying values of service and community empowerment. She holds a Doctor of Medical Science degree. She earned a Master of Public Health degree from the University of California Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science degree and Certificate of Primary Care in Physician Assistant from Howard University.
